• 1-Hour 3D Printer Support: a separate 1-on-1 online session (one session, up to 60 minutes) for setup, slicing, calibration and print quality issues.

How you get your files

After a successful purchase you get access automatically. Open your purchase on Whop and go to the Downloads section (STL Downloads for the pack, Single STL Download for the single file) and download directly. No need to message us.

Good to know

The support service is NOT included with STL products. It is a separate purchase with a time-limited access window.
