• 1-Hour 3D Printer Support: a separate 1-on-1 online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, and print quality issues.

How you get your files

After a successful card payment you get access automatically. Open the Files section of your purchase (STL Downloads for the Pack, Single STL Download for the single file) and download directly. No need to message us.

The support session is a separate product and is not included with STL purchases.
