LayerNook sells print-ready STL files for home FDM printers, plus a separate 1-hour online 3D printer support session. Those are two different products. Buying the STL pack does not include printer support.

After you subscribe to Autumn Home STL Pack, open STL Downloads to get the files. Print Guides has starter settings and a short FAQ.

How to download

1. Subscribe to Autumn Home STL Pack.

2. Open STL Downloads (and the Print Guides post with the file list).

3. Download the STL files and slice them for your printer.

Printer support is separate

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is its own product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes per 2-day billing cycle for setup, slicing, calibration, and print quality. It is not bundled with the STL pack, and it is not lifetime or unlimited support.

Both products are subscriptions that renew automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled.
