2. Open STL Downloads inside the product.

3. Download the files directly in Whop. You do not need to wait for an email or a chat message.

Printer support

If you want live help with setup, slicing, calibration, first layer, or print quality, buy 1-Hour 3D Printer Support. That product is separate on purpose, so file access and a support session are not mixed together.

Printer Chat in the STL pack is for questions about the files and print settings. It is not unlimited support and it is not a lifetime help desk.
