Most outbound automations fail for one boring reason

People blame the model. The model is rarely the problem.

The sequence that actually dies is: dirty sheet → enrichment that returns junk → prompt that writes the same "noticed your work" line to 400 people → spam folder.

If you want outbound that runs without you babysitting it, the system has to be three boring files that talk to each other:

  • A sheet with fields the automation can sort without breaking

  • A 4-node scenario that enriches, then writes, then logs

  • A prompt matrix with separate hooks for execs, LinkedIn, and follow-ups

That is the whole product. Not a course. Not a community. A working outbound stack you import and run.

If you're still copying leads by hand every Sunday, that's the leak.
