Most people don't fail weight loss at dinner. They fail at 8am.
If you skip breakfast, or you eat a pastry and call it a meal, your afternoon is already decided.
You get hungry. You graze. You tell yourself you'll "be good" at dinner. Then dinner is huge because you never actually ate.
Fat loss is not a 6pm problem. It's a breakfast problem.
A breakfast that works is boring on purpose:
Protein you can make in 10 minutes
Fiber so you stay full until lunch
No second kitchen for the rest of the house
Do that for 30 mornings and the scale usually moves without tracking every bite.
That's the whole Lean Morning idea. Fix the first plate. The rest of the day gets quieter.
