The #1 resume mistake that's costing you interviews (and how to fix it) 🚫

We've reviewed hundreds of resumes, and the same mistake appears in almost every single one:

Listing duties instead of achievements.

Here's what most people write:

"Responsible for managing social media accounts"

Here's what actually gets interviews:

"Grew Instagram following from 5K to 45K in 8 months by implementing a data-driven content strategy, increasing engagement rate by 320%"

See the difference? The first tells a recruiter what your job description said. The second tells them what you actually accomplished.

The simple formula

[Action Verb] + [What You Did] + [Measurable Result]

A few more examples:

  • "Handled customer complaints"

  • "Resolved 95% of customer escalations within 24 hours, improving satisfaction scores by 18%"

  • "Part of the sales team"

  • "Exceeded quarterly sales targets by 27% for 3 consecutive quarters, generating €340K in new revenue"

The rule of thumb

If a bullet point on your resume could apply to anyone with your job title, it's too generic. Make it specific. Make it yours. Make it measurable.

5 reasons Tai-Chi might be the best exercise you've never tried 🧘

Most people hear "Tai-Chi" and picture elderly folks moving slowly in a park. But here's the truth — Tai-Chi is one of the most effective low-impact exercises on the planet, and science backs it up.

1. It reduces stress like nothing else

The combination of slow movement, deep breathing, and mental focus activates your parasympathetic nervous system. Think of it as a moving meditation. Studies show regular practice significantly reduces cortisol levels.

2. It improves balance and prevents falls

This is huge — not just for older adults. Better balance means fewer injuries in any sport or daily activity. A Harvard Medical School study found Tai-Chi practitioners had 43% fewer falls than control groups.

3. It strengthens without strain

No weights, no impact, no joint stress. Yet Tai-Chi builds functional strength in your legs, core, and stabiliser muscles. Your body gets stronger while feeling like you're barely trying.

4. Anyone can do it, anywhere

No gym, no equipment, no minimum fitness level. A 2×2 metre space in your home is all you need. Our new Tai-Chi at Home course was designed exactly for this.

5. The benefits compound over time

Unlike intense workouts where you hit plateaus, Tai-Chi gets more rewarding the longer you practise. Students report deeper calm, sharper focus, and better sleep within the first two weeks.

Living in an apartment? 3 herbs that grow in any window

Many people think they need a backyard to have fresh plants. Not true.

I’ve been growing basil, mint, and chives on my windowsill for months. Zero previous experience. Initial investment: less than €15.

Basil — it’s the most rewarding plant there is. Give it sun and water every 2 days, and in 30 days, you’ll be making fresh pesto. The trick? Always cut from the top down, just above a pair of leaves. This makes the plant grow bushier instead of leggy.

Mint — the indestructible plant. The more you cut, the more it grows. Perfect for teas and desserts. One warning: give it its own pot, because it will take over the space of others.

Chives — cut 1 inch (2 cm) from the base, and it grows back in just a few days. It’s almost magic. It looks and tastes amazing in scrambled eggs, soups, and salads.

The biggest beginner mistake? Overwatering. The rule is simple: stick your finger 1 inch into the soil. Dry? Water it. Damp? Wait.

I’ve put together a complete 7-day guide for anyone who wants to start from scratch. One step per day, no complications. 🌱

5 mistakes every beginner makes when apartment gardening (and how to avoid them)

If you’re just starting out, you’ve probably already made (or will make) some of these mistakes. Don’t worry — everyone goes through it! 😅

1. Overwatering
Mistake number one. More plants die from too much water than from a lack of it. The rule is simple: stick your finger in the soil. If it feels damp, don’t water it.

2. Placing the plant in a dark corner
Herbs need at least 4-6 hours of light per day. If your window doesn’t get direct sunlight, consider a simple grow light (they cost less than €10).

3. Using backyard soil
Garden soil is heavy and can bring in pests. Use a specific potting mix — it drains better and already contains the right nutrients.

4. Planting everything in the same pot
Every herb has different needs. Basil likes more water; rosemary likes dry soil. Keep them in individual pots.

5. Giving up too soon
Seeds can take 7-14 days to germinate. Be patient! 🌱

👉 In our Home Garden in 30 Days course, you’ll learn step-by-step how to avoid each of these mistakes — and much more. From scratch to harvest!

How to have fresh basil all year round (even in winter) 🌿
Basil is a favorite for home gardening beginners — and for good reason. It grows fast, smells amazing, and transforms any recipe.

But many people lose their plants during winter.

Here is the secret:

Basil does NOT like the cold
Temperatures below 50°F (10°C) will kill your basil. The solution?

  • Keep it indoors, near a sunny window.

  • Avoid cold drafts (keep it away from open windows in winter).

  • If needed, use a grow light for 6-8 hours a day.

Pruning is the secret to abundance
Many people are afraid to cut their plants. But the truth is: the more you prune, the more it grows.

The correct technique:

  • Always cut just above a pair of leaves.

  • Never cut more than 1/3 of the plant at a time.

  • Harvest in the morning, when the essential oils are most concentrated.

Bonus Tip
When flowers appear, pinch them off immediately. Once basil bolts (flowers), the leaves turn bitter.

🌱 Want to learn techniques like this for over 10 different herbs? The Home Garden in 30 Days course covers it all in practice!

No balcony? No problem. 3 creative ways to have a small-space garden

Many people think they need a backyard or a large balcony to have a garden. Not true!

Here are 3 ideas that work in any apartment:

1. Windowsill Garden
Use your windowsill as a garden bed. With 4 to 6-inch pots (10-15cm), you can grow:
🌿 Basil
🌿 Chives
🌿 Parsley
🌿 Cilantro
Pro Tip: Use a windowsill planter rack to maximize your space.

2. Vertical Wall Garden
Buy a fabric over-the-door shoe organizer and transform it into planters. Each pocket becomes a mini-pot!
Cost: less than €5. Result: a beautiful vertical garden.

3. Kitchen Garden with Grow Lights
If you don’t have a sunny window, set up a mini-garden on your kitchen counter with a LED grow light. It works perfectly for:

  • Microgreens (ready in 7 days!)

  • Aromatic herbs

  • Baby lettuce

Space is no excuse. 💪

In our Home Garden in 30 Days course, we teach you how to make the most of every inch of your apartment.

🌱 I just harvested fresh basil from my balcony — 30 days ago, I didn't know how to plant a single thing.

I always thought I needed a huge backyard to grow plants. I lived in a small apartment, and all my gardening attempts failed.

That was until I discovered a simple, step-by-step method that anyone can follow — even with zero experience.

In just 30 days:

🌿 I planted basil, parsley, and mint in balcony pots

🍅 I started my first cherry tomato plants

💰 I stopped wasting money on supermarket herbs

I’ve gathered everything I learned into a practical 30-day course — featuring short daily lessons, a supportive community, and direct help.

If you have a balcony, a sunny windowsill, or a small corner at home — that's all you need to get started.

👇 The complete course is available for just €14.99 (lifetime access).
