The 3 habits that changed everything for me
I spent years feeling stuck. Scrolling instead of doing. Starting things and quitting. Saying "I'll start Monday" every week.
Then I stripped everything back to 3 non-negotiable habits:
1. Morning pages — Every morning, write 1 page of stream-of-consciousness. No editing, no rules. It clears the noise in your head and makes you actually think about what matters.
2. The 2-minute rule — If something takes less than 2 minutes, do it NOW. Sounds small. But it kills procrastination at the root. You stop letting tiny things pile up into anxiety.
3. One hard thing a day — Not a to-do list of 15 items. Just one thing that scares you a little. A conversation, a workout, a piece of content. That's how you build real confidence — not from affirmations, but from proof.
These aren't complicated. That's the point. Growth isn't about having the perfect system — it's about showing up consistently with simple things until they compound.
