LifeOS

Dump it. LifeOS handles the rest. Turn screenshots, deadlines, emails, notes and random life clutter into clear actions.

Your screenshots aren't a system

How many screenshots are sitting on your phone that you swear you'll deal with later?

A scholarship deadline. A job posting. A professor's announcement. A receipt you need for reimbursement. A message you were supposed to reply to.

None of those are tasks. They're just pictures of information.

That's why Notion dashboards fail for most students. The problem isn't that you don't have a planner. The problem is that life doesn't arrive as a to-do list. It arrives as screenshots, emails, PDFs, and random notes.

The method I use:

DUMP — throw the screenshot or note in.

ORGANIZE — extract the deadline, the required actions, and what you're waiting on.

ACT — do the 1–3 things that actually matter today.

REMEMBER — keep the rest out of your head until it matters.

If you saved a job posting 8 days ago and still haven't applied, that's not laziness. That's an admin system that doesn't exist.

That's what LifeOS is for.
