The 3-2-1 hydration method most people get wrong
Most people think drinking 8 glasses of water a day is enough. It's not — at least not the way most people do it.
Here's the method I use with every client:
3 glasses before noon. Your body is dehydrated from sleep. Front-loading water kickstarts your metabolism, clears brain fog, and improves skin elasticity by afternoon.
2 glasses with electrolytes during your active hours. Plain water isn't always enough. If you're training, sweating, or even just walking in heat — you need minerals. A pinch of sea salt, a squeeze of lemon, or a proper electrolyte mix makes the difference between "drinking water" and actually hydrating.
1 glass 30 minutes before bed. Not too close to bedtime (you don't want to wake up at 3am). But enough to support overnight cell repair and keep your skin plump.
This alone transformed my energy, my skin, and my performance in the gym.
I put together a full hydration toolkit — daily planners, fitness guides, detox protocols, and skincare routines — all built around this principle. It's called Liquid Aura and it's $9.99 one-time. No subscriptions, no upsells. Just the system.
