This shop sells two separate products:

Home Print STL Pack — print-ready household STL files (cable clips, wall hooks, small organizers). After you subscribe, download files from STL Downloads. Print questions go in Printer Chat. Guides live in Print Guides.

1-Hour Printer Support is a different product. It is not included with the STL pack. Each 2-day billing cycle includes one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, or print quality.

Both products are subscriptions that renew automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled. There is no lifetime access.

Start with the STL pack if you want files. Book the support product only if you want a 1-on-1 session.
