a "mastermind" bot to control other bots—like Dots, GrokBot, or Muse—but open-source so you can customize it however you like; it runs everything from a single PC (let's call it "Jarvis Junior").
I believe Jarvis Junior is capable of posting across all social media channels, sending emails, and posting on forums—performing all these actions simultaneously.

The question Elon Musk posed at Davos—"can aging be reversed?"—received an unexpected answer: "Clinical trials are starting soon." This announcement came from Harvard professor David Sinclair on X, confirming that ER-100 had received the green light from the FDA. It is not a supplement, nor is it a study on mice. It is the first-ever human clinical trial for epigenetic reprogramming.
What is ER-100? A gene therapy from Life Biosciences (Boston). It does not alter existing genes; instead, it uses an AAV2 vector to deliver instructions for three proteins—OCT4, SOX2, and KLF4 ("OSK")—which are three of the Yamanaka factors (associated with the 2006 Nobel Prize). The mechanism is clever: the genes activate only while the patient takes doxycycline (for 8 weeks) and then switch off. It is a "partial reset" with a built-in brake.
Why the eye? Retinal ganglion cells do not regenerate naturally; vision lost to glaucoma is generally permanent. The eye is also a closed system, so injecting into just one eye limits the risks.
What the data show (AAO 2026): 3 patients received the initial dose; zero serious adverse events were reported by day 56; 2 out of 3 showed improved visual fields (≥28% of points, +4 dB); and the DSMB approved escalating the dose to 6×10¹¹ vg (a threefold increase). What it does NOT demonstrate: 3 patients, open-label study, 56 days—it is a signal, not a verdict. It is not whole-body rejuvenation. Reprogramming caused tumors in animals; OSK activates hundreds of genes. As for Sinclair, the WSJ (2024) described his companies as having "no results." The best-case scenario: "it resolves blindness for some and catalyzes other indications—it’s not as if a doctor would prescribe you a rejuvenation pill."
What’s next: an active trial (NCT07290244), 18 patients (12 with glaucoma + 6 with NAION), 4 US sites, 5-year follow-up, estimated completion in 2032.
