Klaviyo Win-Back Email Examples (3-Email Flow You Can Paste)

A win-back flow targets customers who haven't bought in a set window (often 60-120 days, depending on your repurchase cycle). In Klaviyo, trigger it from a segment like "Placed Order at least once, and zero times in the last 90 days".

Email 1: Check-in (day 0)

Subject: Still running low on [product]?

Body: It's been a while since your last order. Here's what's new: [1-2 products]. [Shop button]

Email 2: Reason to return (day 4)

Subject: What our regulars reorder

Body: Best sellers, with a review quote for each. [Shop button]

Email 3: Last nudge (day 9)

Subject: A little something to come back

Body: [Offer, e.g. free shipping, if your margin allows] through [date]. After this we'll email less often.

Tips

  • Exit the flow when someone places an order.

  • Test the offer only on email 3, so you don't train people to wait for discounts.

  • Suppress unengaged profiles after the flow.

UGC Usage Rights Clause Template (Organic, Paid, Whitelisting)

Templates, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review contracts for your situation.

Usage rights define where, how, and for how long a brand can use your content. Spell out three separate uses.

Example clauses

Organic use. "Brand may post the Content on its owned social accounts and website for [90] days from delivery."

Paid usage. "Paid advertising use (including Meta and TikTok ads) is licensed for [30] days for a fee of [$X] per video. Extensions are billed at the same rate per 30 days."

Whitelisting / Spark Ads. "Running ads through Creator's account (whitelisting / Spark Ads) requires a separate [30]-day authorization at [$X] per video. Creator may revoke access at the end of the term."

Ownership. "Creator keeps ownership of the Content. Brand receives a non-exclusive license for the uses and terms above."

Common mistakes

  • "Perpetual, all media" in the brand's template. Push back or price it.

  • No end date on paid usage.

  • No renewal process.

Brand Pitch Email Template for UGC Creators (Cold Pitch + Follow-Up)

A good pitch is short, specific to the brand's product, and ends with one easy question.

Cold pitch

Subject: 3 ad hooks for [Product]

Hi [Name], I make short UGC ads for [category] brands. I watched your current ads and wrote three hooks I'd film for [Product]:

  1. "[Hook 1]"

  2. "[Hook 2]"

  3. "[Hook 3]"

Portfolio: [link]. Want my rate card?

[Your name]

Follow-up (5-7 days later)

Hi [Name], quick bump on this. Happy to send one sample hook filmed on my phone so you can see the style. Should I?

Tips

  • Put real hooks in the email. Brands picture an ad faster from a hook than from "I'd love to collaborate."

  • Ask one yes/no question.

  • Send the rate card the same day they reply.

UGC Rate Card Template 2026 (Free Example + Line-Item Structure)

A UGC rate card is a one-page price list you send when a brand asks "what are your rates?". It works best when every way the brand can use your video has its own line.

The structure (example numbers, not advice)

1 video, up to 30s, 9:16, 3 hooks ........ $200
Extra hook ............................... $25
Paid usage (Meta/TikTok ads), 30 days .... +$60 / video
Whitelisting / Spark Ads, 30 days ........ +$60 / video
Rush (< 5 business days) ................. +25%
3-video bundle ........................... $540
1 revision round. 50% deposit to book.

These are made-up numbers to show the format. Use your own.

Why line items matter

If you quote one number, paid usage ends up free. Splitting usage, whitelisting, and rush fees lets the brand choose, and you get paid for every use.

Checklist

  • Validity date on the card

  • Usage window in days

  • Revision and deposit terms
