Restocks follow patterns. Certain retailers restock on specific days and times. Pokémon Center tends to drop early morning EST. Target varies by region. Walmart is chaos, but even chaos has tells.

Browser tabs don't work. If you're refreshing pages manually, you're already too slow. By the time your page loads, bots and monitors have already flagged it.
