As a professional real estate video editor, I am passionate about collaborating with real estate agents, brokers, videographers, content creators, and property marketers who value high-quality visual storytelling. I enjoy being part of communities that focus on creativity, professionalism, innovation, and helping properties stand out in a competitive market. My goal is to contribute through cinematic editing, engaging social media content, motion graphics, and marketing-driven video strategies that help clients attract buyers and grow their brand.

I value long-term relationships, clear communication, continuous learning, and delivering results that make a measurable impact in the real estate industry.

What actually makes a real estate video worth watching (vs getting scrolled past)

I've spent 2 years editing real estate videos for agents and teams. In that time, I've seen the same mistakes over and over — videos that could've gotten the phone ringing but didn't.

Here's what separates a property video that converts from one that gets skipped:

1. The opening 3 seconds are everything

Most real estate videos open with a slow drone pull-out or a generic exterior shot. That's dead air. Open with your strongest visual — a wide interior with perfect lighting, a pool at sunset, a stunning view. Make the viewer feel something before they even know the price.

2. Pacing is emotion

Fast cuts for energy (new builds, younger buyers). Slow, deliberate cuts for luxury. The edit rhythm needs to match the feeling of the home. Most editors cut to music tempo — that's the floor, not the ceiling.

3. Color grading is the cheat code nobody uses

Raw iPhone/drone footage looks flat and lifeless. A proper grade adds warmth to interiors, pulls sky detail in exteriors, and makes every room look like a magazine shoot. It's a 30-minute step most agents skip entirely.

4. Music licensing matters more than you think

I've seen agents lose their Instagram reels accounts because they used copyrighted tracks. Always use licensed music. There are great options that don't sound like elevator music.

5. The outro is your CTA — not an afterthought

End with the agent's contact info on screen, a clean logo card, and silence (or soft music fade). Don't let your $500 video end with an abrupt cut to black.

This is what I build into every single edit at Lutify Cuts — whether I'm editing for a client or teaching it in the masterclass.
