The 30-Second Framework That Stops 90% of Parent-Child Power Struggles
Most parenting conflicts follow the same pattern: kid pushes a boundary → parent reacts emotionally → escalation → everyone loses.
The problem isn't your kid. The problem is that we were trained to be authority figures, not consultants.
Here's a framework I call RCC — Role, Context, Constraint:
Role: Instead of "I'm the parent, do what I say" — try "I'm here to help you think through this."
Context: Give your child the WHY. "Screen time is limited because your brain is still building its ability to focus. That's a superpower I want to protect."
Constraint: Set the boundary, but let them own the HOW. "You get 45 minutes. You choose when you use them today."
What changes: Your kid stops seeing you as the opponent. They start seeing you as someone who respects their intelligence. That shift changes everything.
This is just one piece of a much bigger system. The Growth Sprout Blueprint covers digital defense against algorithm manipulation, teaching financial literacy from age 10, and building psychological armor against cyberbullying.
If you're a parent navigating the AI era and feeling like traditional advice isn't cutting it — this was built for you.
