rjc973 23 days ago Non existent customer support. I opened a ticket, it’s been 4 days and never received one response even after tagging moderators and the discord creator. I tried following up in the main chat as well. At this point it’s not even about the subject of the support ticket more so the utter disrespect of completely blowing off a paying customer.
