A: Currently, there's a 2-4 day waiting period every time after joining the Day Pass waitlist to get accepted. Once you’re accepted, and your access eventually expires you will then have the option to rejoin the waitlist. However, acceptance will still be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once you rejoin the waitlist it typically takes 2-4 days to get accepted again.

A: It all depends on that day's game. We typically release our predictions 2 hours before the start of a game, but it can also vary.

A: Yes, once you've been accepted you have to activate your membership the same day and before the start of the game.

A: We don't offer a monthly pass. Moving forward the plans and pricing structure we have in place will remain the same for the foreseeable future.

A: There is no charge for joining the waitlist. You will only get charged when you're accepted.

A: You only get charged once you're accepted.
