Most people don’t hate the gym.

They hate looking in the mirror and knowing they’re capable of more.

That feeling of:

“I should be further than this.”

BodyShift exists for people who are done ignoring that feeling.

Not temporary motivation.

Not fake promises.

Just discipline.

Consistency.

Transformation.

One decision repeated daily can completely rebuild a person.

The 3 things I wish someone told me before I started my first business

Most "start a business" advice is recycled garbage. Here's what actually matters when you're starting from zero:

1. Your first idea doesn't need to be your best idea.

Most successful entrepreneurs didn't nail it on attempt one. They started with something small, learned what people actually want, and pivoted. Stop waiting for the "perfect" business idea — it doesn't exist.

2. Revenue solves everything.

Forget about logos, LLCs, and business cards. Your only job in the first 30 days is to get someone to pay you for something. One sale teaches you more than 100 hours of research.

3. Your network IS your net worth (seriously).

The people around you determine how fast you grow. Surround yourself with builders, not spectators.

I'm building a free community for aspiring entrepreneurs who want real talk, practical strategies, and people who actually get it. No fluff, no gurus — just people figuring it out together.

Come through if that sounds like you.
