Buy the Desk Essentials STL Pack. After checkout, open STL Downloads to get the files. Print Guides has suggested settings and a basic FAQ.

How to download

1. Purchase the STL pack (one-time, card).

2. Open the product and go to STL Downloads.

3. Download the models you want to print.

Printer support is separate

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is its own product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, or print-quality issues. It is not included with the STL pack, and it is not unlimited or lifetime support.

Printer Chat in the STL pack is for questions about these files and print settings. It is not a promise of ongoing repair.
