Printer help is separate

If a print stalls on first layer, leveling, slicing, or extrusion, 1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a separate one-time product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not included with the STL pack.

Start with the STL pack if you want files. Book support only if you want a troubleshooting session.
