The 3 things that actually changed my face (not mewing)
Everyone talks about mewing. Yeah it works, but it's 5% of the equation.
Here's what actually moved the needle for me:
1. Body fat percentage — Your facial structure is already there. You just can't see it under 20%+ body fat. I dropped from 22% to 13% and my jawline, cheekbones, and eye area all improved dramatically. This alone mogs 90% of the "looksmaxing" advice out there.
2. Skin protocol — Retinol, SPF 50 daily, double cleanse at night. Took 8 weeks to see results but the difference in skin texture and clarity was insane. People started commenting unprompted.
3. Posture + neck training — Forward head posture destroys your profile. I added neck curls 3x/week and focused on thoracic extension. My side profile went from average to genuinely good in about 2 months.
None of this is genetic. None of this costs thousands of dollars. It's just consistency and knowing what actually matters.
I'm building a community around this exact approach — no cope, no surgery shilling, just proven protocols that work for any guy willing to put in the effort.
