1. Copywriting — Every dollar online starts with words. Learn how to write a hook, tell a story, and make an offer. You don't need to be Shakespeare. You need to be clear and direct.

2. Outreach — You need to get in front of people who have a problem you can solve. DMs, emails, comments — it doesn't matter. Volume + value = money. Most people quit after 10 messages. Send 100.

3. Delivery — Actually be good at something. Pick one skill (design, video editing, copywriting, automation, whatever) and get competent enough that people will pay you. You don't need to be the best — just better than the person trying to do it themselves.

That's it. No course-hopping. No waiting for the "perfect" idea. Pick one skill, reach out to people, and write well enough to close.
