The 3 numbers every small business owner should check every Monday morning
Most small business owners check their bank balance and hope for the best. That's not cash flow management โ that's gambling.
Here are the 3 numbers that actually tell you if your business is healthy:
1. Cash Runway (days)
Take your current cash balance, divide by your average daily expenses over the last 90 days. If this number is under 30, you're in danger. Under 60, you should be uncomfortable. Over 90, you can breathe.
2. Revenue vs. Receivables Ratio
How much money did you earn last month vs. how much is still sitting in unpaid invoices? If more than 25% of your monthly revenue is stuck in receivables, you don't have a sales problem โ you have a collection problem.
3. Expense Velocity
Are your monthly expenses growing faster than your revenue? Pull the last 3 months side by side. If expenses are climbing and revenue is flat, you're heading toward a wall.
I built MoneyMap because I was tired of spreadsheets that told me what happened last quarter instead of what's happening right now. Every template is designed to surface these numbers in under 5 minutes.
If you're a small business owner who wants to stop guessing and start knowing โ MoneyMap Pro has everything you need.
