The founding Monk Mode cohort begins October 20, 2026.

This is one complete 21-day cycle built to help aspiring entrepreneurs, freelancers, and side-hustlers stop postponing meaningful work and rebuild self-trust through measurable action.

You will receive:

• Daily accountability and check-ins through Whop

• Weekly guidance

• A personalized Monk Mode protocol

• A private 21-Day Record Book with a commitment page and 21 daily tracking pages, where you can privately record your actions, setbacks, reflections, and accomplishments

• Community progress tracking and optional progress sharing

• Reset Day support if you miss a day or fall behind

• A digital Certificate of Completion for members who complete the cycle

Your protocol includes three fixed non-negotiables, exactly two personal variables, and one separate Day 21 outcome.

The three fixed non-negotiables are:

At least 10 minutes of meditation daily

At least 30 minutes of exercise daily

No alcohol or weed

The founding price is $39.

The cohort is limited to 15 to 30 participants so accountability stays focused.

If you want to join, send me a message or use the link in my bio before the cohort begins.

Self-Trust Is Built Through Evidence

Motivation can start you, but it cannot be the system.

Self-trust is built through completed actions. This matters especially for independent entrepreneurs, freelancers, and side-hustlers who do not have a manager assigning the next task or checking whether the work got done.

Daily accountability and the 21-Day Record Book make commitments, completions, and accomplishments visible.

You can see what you said you would do. You can see what you completed. You can see the evidence that you are becoming someone who follows through.

If you miss a day, you do not disappear, punish yourself, or restart automatically. You return honestly, complete the next check-in, and continue.

This is not performing discipline for other people. It is not a perfection test.

It is a structured 21-day immersion designed to help you stop postponing meaningful work and rebuild self-trust through measurable action.

By Day 21, you will have more than motivation, you will have a record of proof.

The cohort begins October 20, 2026.

The Three Non-Negotiables

For all 21 days, every member commits to exactly three fixed commitments:

  1. At least 10 minutes of meditation daily.

  2. At least 30 minutes of exercise daily.

  3. No alcohol or weed.

These commitments are intentionally simple. They are designed to be repeatable rather than extreme.

Alongside them, each member chooses exactly two measurable personal variables connected to the work they are building.

Examples include:

• Five outreach messages

• One piece of content

• 30 minutes of client work

• 20 minutes on a portfolio

Members also choose one separate Day 21 outcome.

Personal variables are repeated daily actions. The Day 21 outcome is the larger result those actions are intended to move forward.

This creates five total commitments: three shared non-negotiables and two personal variables.

These commitments and outcomes are recorded in the 21-Day Record Book.

The protocol is personal, but the standard is consistent: define clearly, track daily, tell the truth.

The cohort begins October 20, 2026.

Who Monk Mode Is For

Monk Mode: 21 Days to Rebuild Self-Trust is for aspiring entrepreneurs, freelancers, and side-hustlers who keep postponing meaningful work.

The business idea stays in planning. The service never gets published. Content remains in drafts. The portfolio waits for another revision. Client outreach gets pushed to tomorrow.

You plan instead of publishing. You research instead of starting. You wait for the right energy, then lose another day.

The longer this continues, the more expensive it becomes. You lose momentum, self-trust, and weeks or months that could have been used to build something real.

Monk Mode provides a defined 21-day period to practice showing up, make commitments measurable, check in honestly, and complete the next action.

You receive a 21-Day Record Book to track your commitments, daily accomplishments, and visible evidence of progress.

You do not need a perfect plan. You need a structure that makes postponement harder.

The cohort begins October 20, 2026.

Monk Mode Is a 21-Day Immersion

Monk Mode: 21 Days to Rebuild Self-Trust is a structured 21-day challenge for people who know they need to build, ship, or grow something online, but keep postponing the work.

This is not a motivation group.

Motivation is temporary. A structure gives you something to return to when your mood changes, your environment is distracting, or self-doubt gets loud.

Inside Monk Mode, you will follow a simple daily protocol, check in consistently, track visible progress, and receive accountability throughout the cycle. You will also choose personal variables that connect the challenge to your actual business, freelance, or side-hustle goals.

The purpose is not to create a perfect life in 21 days. The purpose is to stop negotiating with yourself every day and begin collecting evidence that you can keep promises through action.

The first cohort begins October 20.
