Don't sell a course about AI. Ship one tiny app first.
Most people who want to sell digital products with AI start in the wrong place.
They write a PDF about making money. They price it at $5. They wait.
Nobody buys, because the product is a lecture from someone who has not shipped anything yet.
If you have no audience, this is the loop that actually works:
Pick one annoying problem you already have. Not "productivity." Something like "I keep losing Instagram hooks in Notes" or "I cannot tell if my checkout is too long."
Scope a v1 a stranger can use in 10 minutes. One screen. One job. If you cannot describe it in one sentence, it is too big.
Build it with an AI coding tool over a weekend. You will get stuck. That is the point. Debugging is the skill. Prompting is not.
Give it to five people and watch them use it. If they ask "can it alsoβ¦" you are close. If they shrug, kill it and pick a different problem.
Do this twice and you will have more proof than a $9 AI business kit. Do it until one person offers to pay. Then package the method.
I am doing this in public with MOVENZA. The paid thing is the build system, not another motivational PDF.
If you are stuck on step 1, reply with the boring problem you would actually pay to make go away. I will tell you if it is a v1 or a fantasy.
