The nail tech skill gap nobody talks about

Most nail techs get really good at the craft — intricate art, flawless gel, the whole thing — and then plateau financially anyway. Not because their work isn't good enough, but because nobody ever taught them the business side: how to price a service so it actually covers your time and materials, how to build a rebooking system so you're not chasing new clients every week, how to build a personal brand around your work instead of just posting photos and hoping.

I started Nailhaus Academy because I kept seeing incredibly talented techs undercharging and burning out. The technique modules matter, but the business modules are usually what actually changes someone's income.

If you're a tech (or training to be one) and you've hit a ceiling that isn't about your hands — it's worth asking whether it's actually a business problem in disguise.
