Need live printer help? 1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a separate product. It is not included with the STL pack. Each billing cycle includes one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not lifetime or unlimited support.

Both products are subscriptions that renew automatically every 2 days at the displayed price until canceled.
