The 3 mistakes every beginner makes in Blender (and how to skip them)
I've been doing 3D for years and I've taught hundreds of beginners. Almost everyone makes the same three mistakes in their first month.
1. Starting with a complex project
You don't learn guitar by playing Stairway to Heaven. Start with a donut, then a room, then a character. The progression matters.
2. Ignoring lighting completely
Your model can be perfect and still look terrible. 80% of a good render is lighting. Learn 3-point lighting before you learn sculpting.
3. Never finishing anything
The graveyard of abandoned Blender files is massive. Finish ugly projects. A completed bad render teaches you more than 10 abandoned "perfect" ones.
I built a full beginner course covering Blender and Cinema 4D that's designed to avoid all of this. Structured from absolute zero to portfolio-ready renders.
