Most creators I know can talk for an hour about their offer. Ask them to write a caption and they freeze.

What I do instead:

Steal the structure, not the words.

Take a post that already worked in your niche. Break it into: hook → proof → offer → CTA. Keep the skeleton. Rewrite every sentence in your voice.

Write the ugly version in 8 minutes.

Timer on. No editing. If it would be embarrassing to post, you're doing it right. That's the draft. Polish comes after, not before.

Keep a swipe of your own lines.

Every time a client, comment, or DM says something true, save it. That's your real copy library. AI is useful for speed. Your saved lines are useful for sounding like you.
