It's not the printer. It's the model.

A lot of "yard prop" STLs on the internet are scaled-up miniatures. Walls are 1.2 mm. No drain holes. Elephant-foot on a 400 mm tombstone. You burn 18 hours of PLA and the first rain warps the face.

What actually holds up outside on a hobby FDM machine:

• Walls 3–4 mm. Not "looks thick in the slicer." Measured.

• Drain / weep holes on anything hollow. Water sits, PLA creeps, the prop leans.

• Split parts that fit a 220–256 mm bed. If it only prints on a 350 mm machine, most buyers can't use it.

• Orientation in the file, not a 12-page PDF. Filename should tell you which face hits the bed.

That's the bar for NightYard files. Print-ready for Ender / Prusa / Bambu class machines. Pay once, keep the STLs.

If your printer is the problem — first layer, clog, bed, firmware — that's a separate 1-hour live session. Files and repair are not the same product on purpose.
