Most online scams don’t look suspicious anymore.

Fake banking apps. AI voice scams. QR code traps. SIM swaps.

That’s why so many smart people still lose money online.

I created a beginner-friendly guide that explains:
🔒 how these scams work
💳 how to protect your money
⚠️ what to avoid before it’s too late

Stay safe. Stay ahead.

5 signs a text message is from a scammer and not your bank — most people miss number 3.

1.The sender is a random mobile number, not an official short code

2.It creates urgency — 'your account will be suspended in 24 hours'

3.It asks you to click a link to 'verify' your details

4.The link URL doesn't match your bank's real domain

5.It asks for your PIN or one-time code

These are some of the most common red flags with SMS phishing. I put together a plain-English guide covering this + 9 other everyday financial threats (no tech jargon needed).

Happy to answer any questions or explain more here in the comments.
