📋 How the Delivery Tracking System Works — Editor Guide
Welcome to Nitid Media's Delivery Tracker
We've built a streamlined system to track every video delivery, so editors get credited accurately and clients get invoiced correctly. Here's how it all works:

🎬 For Editors
1. Join the Portal de Editores
Apply through our waitlist to get access to the editor portal.
2. Submit Your Deliveries
Once you're approved, open the Registro de Entregas app inside your portal. For each video you complete:
Select the client from the dropdown
Paste the video link (Google Drive, Frame.io, etc.)
Add any notes if needed (revision round, special instructions, etc.)
Hit Submit
3. Track Your Work
Your delivery history is always visible — you can see every video you've submitted, organized by date, with the client name and link.

🧾 For Admins (Nitid)
The admin panel has 4 tabs:
Tab | What it does |

Entregas | Full table of all deliveries across all editors — date, editor, client, video link, and rate |
Editores | Manage the editor roster — add/remove editors, set per-video rates |
Clientes | Manage the client list — add/remove clients |
Resumen | Invoice summary — total videos & costs, broken down by client and editor |

💰 How Rates Work
Each editor has a per-video rate set by the admin
When you submit a delivery, it's automatically linked to your rate
The Resumen tab calculates totals: videos × rate = subtotal per editor per client
This makes monthly invoicing fast and accurate

🔒 Privacy & Security
Editors can only see their own deliveries — not other editors' work or rates
Only admins can add/remove editors, modify rates, and view the full summary
All data is tracked with timestamps for accountability
