Most traders don't lose because the strategy is wrong

Most blown accounts I see did not die from a missing indicator. They died from size, from revenge, and from trading when the card was not there.

The market already has enough strategies. Continuation after a pullback. Break, then retest. Fade a stretch only when the tape is in balance. Wait for a liquidity grab to fail before you fade it. None of that is magic. All of it fails in the wrong regime.

What actually separates a student who lasts is boring:

  • Risk small enough that a 10-loss streak is uncomfortable, not fatal.

  • One instrument. One session. One named setup for 30 samples.

  • A journal the same day, with planned R written before the click.

  • A hard sit-out after 2R on the day.

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. HARD WORK BEATS TALENT WHEN TALENT DOESN'T WORK HARD.

Hard work, in this job, is mostly not clicking. If that sentence annoys you, you are not ready. If it calms you down, you might be.
