Nonclick Store FAQ

Q1: How does delivery work?

Your key is delivered within 5 minutes after payment is confirmed. It's sent to you directly via a separate DM here on Whop — not shown instantly on the order page. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, message support and we'll take care of it right away.

Q2: How long is the key valid?

Each key is valid for 1 month from activation. This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

Q3: Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?

No. This is a one-time payment. You will not be charged again automatically. When your key expires, you can purchase a new one if you want to continue using the product.

Q4: Are your products safe and legitimate?

Yes. Our keys activate a PC performance optimization tool. The software does not modify game files or bypass anti-cheat systems.

Q5: What happens when my key expires?

After the 1-month period ends, the key stops working. To continue using the product, simply purchase a new key from our store.

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods supported by Whop at checkout, including major cards and other available options.

Q7: Will I receive an invoice or receipt?

Yes. Whop provides a payment receipt and order confirmation for every purchase.

Q8: What is your refund policy?

If your key is invalid and we cannot replace it, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are not available after the key has been successfully activated or after 24 hours have passed.

Q9: Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Whop. We do not handle or store your payment card details.

Q10: Do you offer support after purchase?

Yes. We provide support after purchase. Our average response time is under 24 hours.

Q11: Can I resell the keys I purchase?

No. Purchased keys are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission from Nonclick.

Q12: What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Contact support immediately with your order details. We will help you resolve activation or delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Q13: Does the 1-month period start immediately after purchase?

The 1-month period starts when you activate the key. If you wait to activate it, the time does not start until activation. Check the product listing for any activation deadline details.

Q14: Can I use the same key on more than one PC?

No. One key is valid for 1 PC only. If you need to use the product on multiple PCs, you must purchase additional keys.

3 things actually killing your FPS and ping in Roblox skill games (that have nothing to do with your PC)

Spent a lot of time digging into why players with decent rigs still get inconsistent frames and laggy hit reg in games like Bedwars, Arsenal, and Blade Ball. A few things came up over and over that most people overlook:

1. Roblox's own render throttling kicks in more than people think

Roblox dynamically throttles rendering based on perceived load, even on strong hardware. If you haven't explicitly set your graphics mode to manual and capped/uncapped your framerate intentionally, you're letting the engine guess — and it usually guesses conservatively.

2. Your route to the Roblox server, not your raw internet speed, is what causes spikes

A lot of players assume "high ping = bad internet." In reality it's usually a bad hop somewhere in the route your ISP takes to reach the datacenter. This is why two people with identical internet plans can have wildly different ping in the same game — the path matters more than the pipe.

3. Background processes fight your game for CPU priority mid-match

Discord overlays, browser tabs, and even Windows update checks silently steal CPU cycles during peak moments — which is exactly when you're mid-clutch and suddenly drop 15 frames. Setting explicit process priority before you launch makes a bigger difference than most graphics settings changes.

None of this requires new hardware — just tightening what's already running. Worth checking your process list and graphics mode before blaming your PC for a bad session.

Curious what setups others are running for competitive Roblox — what's actually worked for you?
