I used to buy templates the way people buy gym memberships.

A business plan with empty headings. A planner with pretty boxes. A “prompt pack” that was just “write me a caption.” They looked finished. They were not.

The failure mode is always the same: the file assumes you already know what to put in it. If you knew, you would not have bought the file.

Northline is built the other way.

AI is in the production process. It is not the product. A model can draft a hundred planner pages overnight. An operator still has to cut the ones that waste someone’s Tuesday.

If you are going to sell digital products — or buy them — ask one question: does this file tell me what to do on page one, or does it wait for me to become a different person first?

That is the whole business.
