The 5-Post Framework That Keeps Your Social Media Running on Autopilot
Most freelancers and solopreneurs treat social media like a chore. They stare at a blank screen, panic-post something mid-week, then disappear for 10 days. Sound familiar?
Here's the system I use to never run out of content — and it only takes about 30 minutes per week.
The 5-Post Weekly Framework
Every week, you rotate through 5 post types. That's it. No overthinking.
Monday — The Hook
Share a bold opinion or hot take about your industry. This is your engagement magnet. Example: "You don't need 10K followers to make money. You need 100 people who trust you."
Tuesday — The Teach
Break down one small, actionable tip. Something your ideal client can use immediately. Think "how to" in 3-5 steps.
Wednesday — The Proof
Share a result, testimonial, case study, or behind-the-scenes of your work. Social proof builds trust faster than anything.
Thursday — The Story
Tell a personal story that connects to your work. Why you started, a lesson you learned, a mistake you made. People buy from people.
Friday — The CTA
This is the only day you sell. Link to your offer, talk about what you help with, invite people to take action.
Why This Works
You're never stuck because you always know what type of post to write. Your audience gets variety. And you only sell 1 out of 5 days — which actually makes people more likely to buy.
I built Notionflow Studio around this exact system. Every content pack, template, and calendar we sell follows this framework.
If you're a freelancer, solopreneur, or small business owner who wants to stop stressing about what to post — check out what we've built. Templates, calendars, and done-for-you content packs that plug right into your workflow.
