The one habit that changed everything for me
I used to set goals every January and forget them by February. Sound familiar?
The problem wasn't motivation — it was visibility. My goals lived in my head, not in front of my face.
When I started using vision boards and daily goal-setting worksheets, something clicked. Seeing my targets every single day rewired how I made decisions. Small ones. Like choosing to read instead of scroll. To plan my week instead of winging it.
Here's what I learned:
Write it down physically. Digital notes get buried. A printed worksheet on your desk doesn't.
Break yearly goals into weekly actions. "Get fit" means nothing. "Walk 30 min 4x this week" means everything.
Review weekly. Sunday night, 10 minutes. What worked? What didn't? Adjust and go again.
I built Nova Creatives because I wanted to give people the exact tools that worked for me — vision boards, goal trackers, mindset worksheets. All designed to keep your growth visible and actionable.
If you've been meaning to "get your life together" — stop meaning to. Start with one worksheet. One vision board. One week of actually tracking your progress.
That's all it takes to build momentum.
