1. Purchase the Halloween Porch STL Pack (one-time, card checkout).

2. Open the product hub.

3. Go to STL Downloads and download the models.

Need printer help? 1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a separate product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, first layer, or print-quality issues. It is not included with the STL pack.

Use Printer Chat for file and print-setting questions, and Print Guides for basic print notes. There is no lifetime or unlimited support.
