5 Gadgets That Actually Changed My Daily Routine

I've tested hundreds of gadgets over the years. Most are gimmicks. These five actually stuck and became non-negotiable parts of my day.

1. Bone conduction headphones — I walk, run, and take calls without blocking out the world. Game changer for anyone who's always moving.

2. Smart water bottle with hydration tracking — Sounds excessive until you realize you've been chronically dehydrated your whole life. The reminders work.

3. Portable power station (not a bank — a station) — I stopped worrying about outlets at airports, coffee shops, everywhere. One charge lasts me 3 days of heavy device use.

4. Sleep tracking ring — Ditched the bulky wrist tracker. This thing is invisible and the data is 10x more accurate. My sleep went from 5.5 to 7.2 hours in a month just from seeing the numbers.

5. UV-C sanitizing case — I throw my phone, earbuds, and keys in it every night. Haven't been sick in over a year. Coincidence? Maybe. But I'm not stopping.

The pattern: the best gadgets don't add complexity — they remove friction.

I break down gear like this every week inside OTG Insider, plus health optimization tips and wealth strategies for people who refuse to slow down.
