The problem isn't Notion. It's that every new template adds another place to look.

A personal OS only works if:

• Classes, content, and tasks share one inbox

• Today has one view, not six

• You can open it on your phone and actually do the next thing

If your workspace needs a map, it isn't a system. Collapse it. One dashboard. One weekly review. Delete the rest.
