The 3 systems every entrepreneur needs before scaling
Most entrepreneurs hit a wall around the same point. They've got traction, customers are coming in, but they're drowning in their own business.
After studying hundreds of founders who broke through, I noticed they all had 3 systems locked in before they scaled:
1. A decision filter. Not a to-do list — a framework for saying no. The founders who scale fastest aren't the ones doing the most. They're the ones cutting ruthlessly. If it doesn't move the needle on your #1 metric this quarter, it's noise.
2. An energy management system. Time management is table stakes. The real edge is knowing when you do your best deep work, when you're in execution mode, and when you need to recover. Block your calendar around energy, not tasks.
3. A knowledge capture loop. Every book you read, conversation you have, mistake you make — it's wasted if it stays in your head. The best operators have a system to capture, process, and retrieve insights when they need them.
I break all three of these down (with templates) in the PageVault ebook collection. Built for entrepreneurs who want systems, not motivation.
If this resonated, the vault is open.
