How we check: every Walmart, Target and Best Buy card this week carries one line from our 90-day price history — a new 30-day low, matches its low, below its usual price, no cheaper than usual, or not enough history yet. • Northrop Grumman settlement ($75M) — current or former owners of a single-family home or townhome in the Canoga Park / Winnetka class-area zones. Claims close Oct 10, 2026.

• Sandoz / Fougera generic-drug settlement ($275M) — consumers and third-party payers in every state except Indiana and Ohio, plus D.C. and Puerto Rico. The claim form has to be submitted or postmarked by Nov 9, 2026.

• Visa / Mastercard non-bank ATM settlement ($167.5M) — anyone in the U.S. charged an access fee to withdraw cash at an independent ATM between Oct 24, 2007 and Aug 14, 2026. Claims due Feb 10, 2027.

• MrBeast "Most Dangerous Games" skill contest ($1,000,000) — 18+, resident of the U.S. (not Maryland), the U.K., Australia or Mexico. Heads up: entry needs proof of purchase of the print book, so it is not a free-entry sweep. Registration closes Oct 11, 2026.

• HSBC Premier checking ($1,000 to $3,000) — new customers: $50k deposited or invested pays $1,000, $500k+ pays $3,000. Open by Dec 31, 2026 and hold the balance three months. Read the fee first: $50/month unless you meet Premier status, so run your own numbers.
