FREE: The 5-Minute Desk Reset Routine (Save This)
If you sit at a desk all day, do this every single morning before work. It takes 5 minutes and will change how your body feels by lunchtime.

The 5-Minute Desk Reset
Do each move for 30 seconds. No equipment needed.
1. Cat-Cow Stretch (30s)
Get on all fours. Arch your back up like a cat, then drop your belly and look up. Slow and controlled. This wakes up your entire spine.
2. World's Greatest Stretch (30s each side)
Step your right foot forward into a lunge. Place your left hand on the ground, rotate your right arm to the ceiling. Switch sides. This opens hips, thoracic spine, and hamstrings all at once.
3. Wall Angels (30s)
Stand with your back flat against a wall. Arms up in a "goal post" position. Slowly slide them up and down while keeping contact with the wall. If this is hard — that's exactly why you need it.
4. Dead Hang or Doorframe Stretch (30s)
Grab a pull-up bar or doorframe and just hang. Let gravity decompress your spine. If you don't have a bar, stand in a doorframe and stretch your arms up and slightly back.
5. Seated Figure-4 Hip Opener (30s each side)
Sit on a chair. Cross your right ankle over your left knee. Lean forward gently. You'll feel this deep in your glute and hip. This counteracts hours of sitting.

Why this works
Your body adapts to the position you spend the most time in. If that's hunched over a laptop, your muscles literally shorten and tighten in that position. This routine reverses the pattern before it sets in for the day.
Do this for 7 days straight and you'll feel a noticeable difference.
