Most people don't fail programs. They never finish week 3.

I've watched this pattern for years.

Someone buys a 12-week plan. Week 1 is perfect. Week 2 they "modify" it. Week 3 they miss a session and the whole thing dies.

The program wasn't the problem. There was nobody to send the next session to, nobody to check the squat, and nobody who cared if they showed up.

That's why Peak Protocol is a coaching membership, not a PDF.

You get weekly programming, a form-check feed, and a locker room that expects you on the floor three days a week. The first block is Foundation Strength — three sessions, nothing fancy, nothing you can hide behind.

If you've quit more programs than you've finished, this is the one you actually run.
