The 3 things that actually changed my health (not what you'd expect)

Most people think getting healthy is about finding the perfect workout plan or diet. It's not.

After years of trial and error — burning out in the gym, ignoring my mental health, chasing aesthetics over actual wellness — here's what actually moved the needle:

1. I stopped separating "mental" and "physical" health.

Your anxiety affects your lifts. Your sleep affects your mood. Your stress hormones affect your body comp. It's all one system. Start treating it that way.

2. I built a system, not a routine.

Routines break when life gets chaotic. Systems adapt. Instead of "I go to the gym at 6am," I built: "I move my body for 30+ minutes before my first meeting, wherever I am." One survives real life. The other doesn't.

3. I found people who were playing the same game.

Accountability isn't about someone yelling at you to do burpees. It's about being surrounded by people who make the healthy choice feel normal. Environment > willpower, every single time.

That's why I built Peak State — a community for people who want to optimize both their mind and their body. Not a "get shredded in 30 days" gimmick. A crew that's locked in for the long game.

If that resonates, the door's open.
