A setup includes:

• The ticker and why we are watching it

• Entry zone

• Stop / invalidation

• Risk per trade

• Which channel it belongs to: medium-term (1 to 4 weeks), short-term (under a week), or earnings

This is the format we use on every swing.

1. Setup. Trend, level, or catalyst. Why it is on the board today.

2. Plan. Entry, stop, and what would kill the idea.

3. Risk. How much of the account is on the line. No idea without a number.

4. Management. When we add, trim, or get out.

5. Channel. Medium-term, short-term, or earnings, so you know the hold time.

If a post is missing those, it is a note, not a setup. Inside the room this goes out daily. Live alerts sit in Discord next to the plan.
