Why I only sell originals
Most apartments get furnished twice.
The first time is IKEA and Facebook Marketplace — fast, cheap, and gone in five years. The second time is when someone finally sits in a real chair.
A molded plywood lounge from 1946 still sits the way it did the day it left the factory. A Saarinen pedestal table still clears the floor. A Tiffany lamp still throws the same light. Reproductions copy the silhouette and miss the weight.
Every piece here is the original. Restored in-house. Provenance on the listing. If you are furnishing a mid-century or modern apartment and you want the real thing, start with the chairs. The room will tell you what it needs next.
Questions about a piece — dimensions, condition, shipping — ask in Showroom Chat. I'll answer.
