Why You're Still Skinny (And the 3 Things That Actually Fix It)
Most skinny guys fail to gain muscle because they're doing the same 3 things wrong.
Mistake #1: Not eating enough (and not even close)
You think you eat a lot. You don't. Track one normal day honestly — most guys who think they eat 3,000 calories are actually at 1,800. The fix: eat at least bodyweight x 18 in calories. For a 150lb guy, that's 2,700 minimum.
Mistake #2: Program hopping every 2 weeks
You see a new routine on YouTube and switch. Progressive overload needs TIME. Pick one proven program and run it for 12 weeks minimum. Add weight to the bar every session. That's it.
Mistake #3: Avoiding compound lifts
Curls and lateral raises aren't building your frame. Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, rows — these should be 80% of your training. Accessories come after.
The hardgainer label is usually just an undereating, undertraining label. Fix these three things and you'll be shocked at what 90 days can do.
If you want the full system — structured programming, nutrition templates, and a community of guys going through the same thing — Physique Blueprint is built exactly for this.
