From a skinny kid to a lean physique with 10% body fat — all natural.

No shortcuts.

No fake promises.

Just discipline, consistency, and the right strategy.

I know exactly what it feels like to look in the mirror and want more size, more confidence, and more control over your body. I started with almost nothing — no muscle, no special genetics, just the decision to change.

Through years of training, learning, and dialing in my nutrition, I built a lean, aesthetic physique naturally, and now I’m sharing the exact system that helped me do it.

If you're tired of spinning your wheels in the gym, guessing your workouts, or not seeing results, my course will show you:

• How to build lean muscle without unnecessary fat

• The exact training structure that transformed my physique

• Simple nutrition strategies to stay lean year-round

• How to stay consistent and disciplined

This isn’t theory.

This is the method I used to transform my own body.

If I could go from a skinny kid to 10% body fat and a lean physique naturally, you can too.

Your transformation starts with the decision you make today.

DM me “LEAN” if you’re ready to start.

The 3 mistakes every beginner makes in the gym (and what to do instead)

I've coached hundreds of beginners and the same 3 mistakes show up every time:

1. Program hopping. You don't need the "perfect" program. You need consistency on a decent one. Pick a basic push/pull/legs or upper/lower split and run it for 12 weeks minimum. Progressive overload beats program design every time.

2. Ignoring nutrition. You can't out-train a bad diet. If you're a beginner trying to lose fat and build muscle simultaneously (yes, it's possible for you), aim for 0.8-1g protein per pound of bodyweight and eat at a slight deficit. That's it.

3. Ego lifting. Nobody cares how much you bench. Control the weight, feel the muscle work, and use a full range of motion. Your joints will thank you in 10 years.

The basics work. Trust the process.
